Shipping and Refund policy

Orders are shipped same day or within 24 hours, depending on the time the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped during the weekend or public holidays.

Orders are traditionally shipped Ground service, unless otherwise indicated during the check-out process. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours via email and through your account online, where you can check the status of your shipment. 

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of the purchase, and will be delivered without signature requirement. Should a package be returned due to an invalid/undeliverable address, the seller reserves the right to collect a new shipping fee to ship the item again. If your package is damaged do not accept delivery.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused for reasons we are not able to control, such as natural disasters, courier system issues, etc. 

*SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS OUTSIDE THE US All International/APO & FPO delivered orders must be emailed to us prior to placing your order online, since shipping and weight requirements vary. We will let you know via email how much your order will be. Please expect 1-6 Weeks for delivery, depending upon your choice of shipping. Most International orders will be shipped from our sister companies overseas.
