3. Insert an N2O cartridge into the cartridge holder and tightly screw on the dispenser cap. You should hear a hissing sound as the gas is released.
4. Shake the dispenser vigorously several times to ensure the gas and ingredients are well combined.
5. Turn the dispenser upside down and gently press the trigger to dispense the whipped cream.
