I make my own whipped cream, just cream and nothing else added. These chargers work very well in my whipped cream dispenser, and dispense all the cream without waste. Price is great! Whipped cream with frozen berries on top is kind of like ice cream, kind of like pie, without the sugar. Legal dessert for me!! Great product.

I like these chargers. They hold a good charge, but don't add a flavor to the cream. I think any user would find these to do the job well.

You can make whipped cream in a stand mixer, with a hand mixer, or by good ol' muscle power with a whisk and a bowl. Keep the cream refrigerated right up until you're ready to whip it so that it's as cold as possible. If it's a hot day, chilling your bowl and whisk also help.

Exact timing will vary based on the quantity of cream, the machine (or tool) you use, the speed at which you whip, as well as the temperature of the cream and mixing bowl. However, soft peaks will always take less time to form than medium or stiff peaks.
